Kenle Boutique is located in LAKESIDE MALL in the heart of Metairie, Louisiana. You can find us in the entrance next to P.F. Chang's!

When will the items I purchased ship?

Most items ship in 3-5 business days. Please note that the shipping transit times may very.

What if my items arrived damaged.

Please email us at shopkenle@gmail.com within 5 business days with pictures and a description of the defect. We will then reach out to you with further instructions.

Do you accept Returns?

Yes, we accept returns for In Store Credit Only.

Do you offer Refunds?

Refunds, are handled on a case by case basis based on the situation. For example, if you order a top that has a defect and we don't have another to offer then yes you will be given a full refund.
